Procurement Specialist
About the role
Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories. Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests. Collaborate with regional and global procurement leads, and lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects. Support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate sourcing requests and work with regional and global procurement teams to prioritize activities.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects.
- Gather business requirements, define sourcing scope, and align stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct supplier identification and market research.
- Analyze supplier proposals and make sourcing recommendations based on total value, risk, and business requirements.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract execution.
