About the role

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract management
  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
  • Support the purchasing team in negotiations and contract management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards
  • Experience with procurement software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
