About the role

JSSI delivers comprehensive coverage for engines, airframes, and auxiliary power units (APUs) across more than 300 different aircraft makes and models, helping owners and operators stabilize maintenance budgets, maximize aircraft availability, and protect asset value throughout the lifecycle of ownership. JSSI has built a portfolio of complementary business lines designed to simplify the economic and technical complexity of business aviation; these include Maintenance teams, Traxxall maintenance tracking software, Parts & Engines, Conklin aircraft cost and performance data, and Aviation Capital asset-based financing solutions. Together, these offerings support owners, operators, and maintenance providers with integrated tools spanning ownership and maintenance planning, execution, and financial management. Mission Statement The mission of the Procurement Specialist (PS) is to provide great customer service to, and collaborate with, our internal customer (JSSI Technical Advisors). This will include parts procurement for all maintenance requirements, restocking orders and forecasted future needs, vendor negotiations and interface. The PS will also play a key role in supply chain integration and/or continuous improvement teams.
Then Responsibilities: list bullet points.

Responsibilities list:
- Reduce costs, facilitate increased sales, deliver superior customer service and provide a one-stop supply chain solution to support the Technical Advisors
- Respond to all requests received from Technical Advisors in a professional and timely manner.
- Source parts to fill demands from purchase requisitions, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) orders, Requests for Information (RFI), etc.
- Create competitive Requests for Quote (RFQ) and negotiate prices with suppliers to obtain best available prices while maintaining configuration, quality and delivery requirements.
- Create purchase orders for all Trust accounts, JSSI Inc., and JSSI Parts.
- Create and track purchase orders and expedite them through Salesforce/AMS/AvSight to maintain a closed loop status interface with Technical Advisors with regard to parts requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with and provide proactive status updates to Technical Advisors and 3rd party customers.
- Follow parts through the system to make sure parts costs are transacted to the correct project and that all costs associated are billed accordingly to the clients.
- Assure parts are delivered in a timely manner to meet schedule requirements and meet the appropriate quality and life limits.
- Track and maintain core units for internal and third-party vendors on behalf of Trust accounts, JSSI Inc., and JSSI Parts.
- International shipping requirements including, but not limited to Export Compliance, international paperwork, parts certifications, application of taxes, duties and fees
- Participate in an AOG on-call or shift rotation to support after-hours critical sales. Volunteer for shift coverage as appropriate.
- Search for and maintain knowledge of parts availability within the aviation industry through existing and future vendor selections.

- Continually assess operations to optimize the purchasing and logistics processes through identifying cost reduction opportunities for Trust accounts, JSSI Inc., and JSSI Parts.
- Qualify and approve vendors as determined by need to increase competition, improve quality of the product, or to improve lead times using selected quality criteria.
- Maintain accurate data in AvSight, Salesforce, and AMS.
- As required, work with vendors and customers on RMAs/Returns.
- Follow assigned policies & procedures.
Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "Desired Credentials" bullet list. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (specific abilities). But we can combine into one section "Requirements" maybe. However we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have Desired Credentials list: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience in aviation related procurement and inventory control; Business Aviation purchasing experience; Excellent negotiation skills; Avsight experience desired; Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients; Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Excel.; Critical thinking skills; Experience using systems for inventory control and purchasing; Ability to travel up to 10%, domestic and international.
We could treat these as Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). But we can also put all under "Requirements". However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we make two sections: Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). Let's extract:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience in aviation related procurement and inventory control
- Business Aviation purchasing experience
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Avsight experience desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
- Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience using systems for inventory control and purchasing
- Ability to travel up to 10%, domestic and international
Now Benefits: they have paragraph about benefits. We'll put under Benefits heading.
Benefits: At JSSI, we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent. For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 , with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role. Additionally, for full-time employees based in the USA, Canada, or the Philippines, we are proud to offer a robust suite of benefits. This ranges from insurance offerings such as medical, dental, vision, retirement savings programs, among others, starting day one of employment. For a full overview of our offerings, visit the JSSI Benefits Page on our company website.
But note: Pay is separate section. We should separate Pay from Benefits. The instruction: create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. So we need Pay section with salary range. Benefits section with benefits description. Schedule section with shift info.
Thus we need to split the paragraph: Pay: annual base pay generally ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, with final offer determined by variable factors... also mention discretionary bonus etc. That's compensation. Benefits: robust suite of benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement savings programs, etc.
Schedule: Needs for both daytime and 3rd shift. Also mention AOG on-call or shift rotation, volunteer for shift coverage as appropriate. So schedule info.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. We'll keep Pay section with base pay and bonus info. Benefits section with benefits description. Schedule section with shift info.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove "Learn more at jetsupport.com." maybe keep as part of About the role? It's substantive? It's a link; we can keep as part of description. It's not boilerplate. Keep.
Now produce HTML fragment.
