Procurement Processing
- Facilitate purchase requisition sign-off.
- Process purchase orders.
- Handle goods and services receipting.
- Absorb and approve supplier invoice payments in accordance with the approved Authority Schedule.
- Maintain supplier profiles and payment terms.
- Analyze supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain Vendor Summary with all necessary information.
- Support contractor management.
- Track operating and capital expenditures within budget.
- Coordinate freight and deliveries.
Supplier Management
- Manage supplier profiles and payment terms.
- Resolve purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
- Document and rectify issues with suppliers.
Health and Safety
- Maintain compliance with safety requirements.
- Report safety or environmental incidents immediately.
- Adhere to company's EHS environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform safety and risk assessments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NRC Q-clearance (or have a current Top-Secret clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transactional finance processing, document control, and office administration.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office and business financial databases.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize diverse work demands.
- Self-driven individual with initiative and continuous improvement focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Desired Qualifications
- TS or Q Security Clearance.
- Supply chain or contract management certification (DAWIA, NCMA, etc.).
- Department of Energy experience.
- Nuclear Regulatory Commission experience.
- Military experience.
- NQA-1 training or experience.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
