or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We have schedule: "full-time hybrid position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned. So no Pay section.
Benefits: listed: Paid time off (PTO), Seven paid holidays, Flexible work schedules, Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, Employee engagement activities, 403B match after 12 months of service. Also mission-driven work etc but that's more description. So Benefits section.
Requirements: "Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience - Minimum of five years in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proven contract negotiation experience. Must be able to drive and travel as needed. Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation." That's qualifications. Also maybe "Key Responsibilities" is responsibilities.
We also have "Position Summary" which could be About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: About the role = Position Summary + Brief Description? Probably combine brief description and position summary into About the role. Responsibilities = Key Responsibilities (with subpoints). Requirements = Required Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements includes qualifications and experience. Qualifications could be separate but we can combine. Since they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications), Benefits, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Procurement Specialist". Good.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
for headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to drop duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Strategic Sourcing Specialist" appears multiple times as heading inside responsibilities; we should not repeat as headings; we can keep content under Responsibilities.
We need to include all responsibilities details: they are enumerated with i., ii., etc. We'll convert each to
- . Similarly for each subcategory (Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, Market Analysis, Cost Management, Compliance / Risk Management, Collaboration, Specific Functions not otherwise covered). Those are subheadings inside responsibilities but we should not create extra headings? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using headings inside responsibilities? It says use for section headings (list). Likely they want only those top-level sections. Inside responsibilities we can just use - and maybe we can keep the subheadings as plain text within
- or as . But we should not create additional headings like
. Safer to keep them as plain text within
- . We'll preserve the i., ii., etc as part of the text.
Similarly for Specific Functions not otherwise covered: we have sub-items i., ii., iii., iv. We'll include them as
- under responsibilities.
We also have "Summary" at end about mission. That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could be included in About the role as prose.
We need to ensure we don't create Pay or Schedule unless present. Schedule present: "full-time hybrid position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm". So we create Schedule section with that sentence.
We need to include office base location: "office base in Greensboro, NC". That's location info; could be part of About the role.
We need to include "This is a full-time hybrid position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with an office base in Greensboro, NC." That's schedule and location.
We need to preserve all substantive information: also mention "AuthoraCare Collective" etc.
