Procurement Specialist 3

About the role

Partner with Project Managers to coordinate procurement activities for datacenter equipment and construction-related materials. Track equipment deliveries from suppliers to storage warehouses and project sites, ensuring schedules are met. Execute contract modifications and change orders while maintaining compliance with procurement processes. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project objectives. Monitor sourcing activities, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting procurement activities within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects preferred.
