Responsibilities

  • Screens candidates based on qualifications and experience
  • Calls and schedules interviews with qualified candidates
  • Communicates with applicants about the status of their applications
  • Coordinates with employers to schedule interviews and provide updates
  • Manages applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Responds to inquiries and escalations from employers and applicants

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience working with government agencies
