Procurement Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Commodity Buyer manages auto‑part pricing, investments, and cost‑reduction efforts that impact financial performance. Responsibilities include establishing supply‑base analyses, selecting suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery criteria, and building long‑term relationships. The role supports supplier evaluation, monitors industry trends, maintains bill‑of‑materials (BOM) and sourcing systems, and achieves cost targets for both new‑model and mass‑production vehicles.

Key duties

• Support supplier analysis and manage supplier selections.
• Negotiate costs and ensure timely quotations.
• Contribute to cost‑improvement goals for new and existing models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain and update supplier relationships and sourcing systems.

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective relationship‑management and communication skills.

Working conditions

• In‑office environment with frequent meetings.
