Role Overview: The Procurement Senior Specialist manages category spend through strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management. They lead sourcing activities, including RFIs and RFPs, conduct market research, support cost analysis, and ensure contract compliance. The role involves driving cost reductions, monitoring performance metrics, and managing risks. Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to influence stakeholders and achieve category goals. Key Responsibilities Execute sourcing events and supplier selection aligned with strategies.Identify sourcing opportunities via market research.Support spend reporting and cost-saving initiatives.Manage supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations.Meet performance targets and monitor progress.Lead process improvements and stakeholder relationship building. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.2-5 years’ experience in procurement or relevant fields.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems.Knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
