Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Helps develop & achieve inventory management & strategic inventory planning goals
- Independently manages daily inventory maintenance & is responsible for day-to-day decision making
- Maintains market pricing and implements price changes to maintain price strategy within profitability goals
- Collaborates with merchant team during negotiations to assess tradeoffs between product cost and operational efficiency
- Identifies and implements initiatives to optimize cost-to-serve in coordination with merchant teams
- Facilitates daily vendor relationship management and logistical alignment
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: Desired
- Traits & Skills:
- Able to execute Operation strategies in coordination with management
- Proven communication with vendors and teammates
- Proven track record of meeting inventory management & strategic inventory planning goals
- Proven track record of implementing vendor-level logistical or buying improvements
- Mastery of analytics and data-driven decision making
- Business Proficiency in English is required
