Procurement Operations Business Partner
Job Summary
Own procurement intake for a portfolio of business teams, guiding requests from submission to signed agreement and issued PO. Review purchase documents (quotes, SOWs, order forms) for completeness and policy alignment. Coordinate reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to keep requests moving. Manage PO lifecycle, including issuance, change orders, and invoice/vendor questions. Support month-end close and maintain process documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in procurement operations, purchasing, AP, finance operations, or contract administration
- Hands-on experience with a procure-to-pay tool (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Workday, NetSuite)
- Knowledge of contract review routing and financial controls (GL coding, accruals, PO/invoice reconciliation)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple spend categories in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zip, Workday Financials, Ironclad
- Security/privacy review exposure
- Month-end close experience
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $95.00 – $95.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Hybrid in San Francisco (preferred), open to Seattle or New York. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
