About the role
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing medical aesthetic devices (lasers and energy-based systems) through various channels including manufacturer representatives, clinics, banks, asset managers, and digital platforms. This role involves clearing existing backorders, building and maintaining a robust seller pipeline, driving high-volume outbound prospecting, leading pricing strategy and negotiations, executing purchase agreements, coordinating inspections, managing delivery logistics, and evaluating equipment condition.
Responsibilities
- Source equipment through: Manufacturer representatives, Clinics, medspas, and physician networks, Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels, Digital platforms and industry marketplaces
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) with a focus on efficiency and conversion
- Lead pricing strategy and negotiations, securing favorable purchase terms
- Own deals end-to-end: Execute purchase agreements, Coordinate inspections, Manage delivery logistics to MRPM
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline visibility using CRM and internal systems
- Evaluate equipment condition via inspections (remote or virtual) and ensure alignment with purchase criteria
- Build and manage long-term seller relationships to create repeat opportunities
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively move deals forward to close
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in high-volume outbound sales or procurement
- Proven ability to independently manage and close complex deals, consistently exceeding KPIs & quotas
- Master negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and accountable with a hunter mentality
- Thrives operating in a metric-driven, high-performance environment
Qualifications
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in high-volume outbound capital equipment or medical device procurement
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Background in aesthetics or healthcare-related industries
