Responsibilities Timely purchase and delivery of logs for respective Sawmill.Manage log quality programManage the overall cost of delivered logs in line with the local market.Woodyard operationsBudget preparationForecasting and AnalysisSeasonal inventory managementDaily problem solvingTeam buildingTimely communication to stakeholders.Mentoring and CoachingSpecial projects and other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Four (4) year degree in Forestry, Agriculture Science, Wood Products, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Business with 3-years experience or a minimum of 7 years experience in Forestry.Safety OrientedEffective written and verbal communication.Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check This is a safety sensitive position under Arkansas State law.
