The Budd Group is a family-owned company dedicated to providing quality services and opportunities for its employees. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's supply chain and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Sourcing Manager initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as our lead Vendor Relations Specialist, building and nurturing high-value partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Negotiate complex service agreements and labor staffing contracts to optimize value.
- Develop innovative procurement strategies that align with our long-term operational goals.
- Monitor spend and performance metrics as a Vendor Relations Specialist to ensure strict compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (MBA or CPSM/CSCP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing; experience in facility services or labor staffing is highly preferred.

Pay
Annual salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
