Procurement Manager

Employment Type: Permanent/Direct Hire Compensation: $110-160k base/yr + Bonus + Benefits + Options Location: North Denver, CO This role will own how the organization sources, negotiates, contracts with, and manages key third-party vendors across technology, information security, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and professional services. Responsibilities:Lead strategic sourcing and competitive vendor selectionNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, renewals, service levels, and contract protectionsBuild category strategies and identify consolidation and cost-saving opportunitiesPartner with Legal, Information Security, Finance, and business leaders on vendor decisionsIntegrate procurement with third-party risk, compliance, and audit requirementsManage vendor performance, escalations, renewals, and offboardingBuild spend visibility, savings tracking, and executive-level reportingDevelop procurement policies, approval processes, and operating proceduresHelp select and implement procurement / contract management toolsUse AI to improve contract analysis, negotiation preparation, spend analysis, and sourcing workflowsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experienceStrong experience negotiating commercial and financial termsExperience managing technology, SaaS, cloud, security, or professional services vendorsStrong understanding of pricing models, contract structures, renewals, SLAs, and termination rightsStrong analytical and Excel skills, including TCO and spend analysisAbility to influence across Legal, Security, Finance, and technical teamsStrong communication, judgment, and executive presenceExperience building or improving procurement programs is highly desirableNice to Have:Fintech, payments, banking technology, or regulated industry experienceThird-party risk management / SOC 2 experienceProcurement or contract lifecycle management systems experienceCPSM or similar certification 26-00904 #dice
