Procurement Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for the procurement strategy of Metals Americas, Valves, Composite cans and other packaging NAC. This position oversees a total spend of £ 110 M and has one direct report.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute category strategy to deliver business objectives and global alignment (including Sleeves).
• Own financial and performance outcomes: cost, forecasting, NWC, PPV, service, quality, and compliance.
• Build a resilient, innovative, and sustainable supply chain, including risk management and supplier strategy.
• Lead and develop teams while managing key strategic supplier relationships and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Procurement or Supply experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in handling complex portfolios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay

US salary ranges USD $127,000.00 - $191,000.00 US pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
