Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that support company growth, cost reduction objectives, and supply chain stability.
- Conduct supplier segmentation and risk analysis to prioritize strategic partners and mitigate supply chain variability.
- Establish and enforce supplier performance expectations and metrics related to quality, cost competitiveness, and on time delivery.
- Lead regular supplier business reviews in collaboration with Quality and Engineering to evaluate performance, reinforce expectations, and develop improvement plans.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers aligned with company quality, technical, and fulfillment requirements.
- Negotiate supplier contracts with a high level of integrity to secure competitive and sustainable terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required; in lieu of a degree, at least five years of procurement leadership experience required.
- Minimum of five years of purchasing experience required, including at least three years of supplier contract negotiation experience.

- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead an effective procurement team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and meeting departmental and company objectives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills focused on sustainable, win-win outcomes.
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
