About the role

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading BlueTeam’s nationwide procurement function across its restoration, roofing, and construction operations in all markets, ensuring that materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced competitively, committed accurately, and delivered on schedule. This role builds a national network of suppliers, rental vendors, and specialty subcontractors, owns purchasing from requisition through PO close-out, and partners with preconstruction and operations team to reduce costs, deliver competitive estimates, and align buyout with budget and schedule.
