Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials through our OEM business line
• Support diagnostic solutions in the areas of Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global operations in 30 countries and more than 100 territories through distributors
• Contribute to innovation and quality initiatives aligned with company values
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in specialized diagnostics

Requirements

• Experience in specialized diagnostics or related fields
• Ability to work in a global, family-owned, innovative company environment
• Strong commitment to customer focus and quality improvement
• Relevant educational background in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for international team settings
