We are seeking a highly skilled, Public Trust Eligible, Procurement & Inventory Control Specialist to work on-site in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities
- Manage IT hardware procurement from request through receipt, deployment, and disposition.
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory activities in ServiceNow.
- Maintain accurate asset records and inventory levels, including bench stock.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards for inventory, warranty, and deployment metrics from a Service Access Management tool.
- Develop SOPs and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide Tier I/II support for hardware, software, business applications, and account management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or IT asset management.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Skills
- 4+ years supporting business applications and troubleshooting user issues.
- 4+ years supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with workstation imaging and mobile device management.
- Experience documenting tickets and supporting enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- ITIL knowledge or certification.
- CMDB and IT Asset Management experience.
- Federal government or contractor experience.
- Experience creating dashboards, SOPs, and performance metrics for hardware/software.
Physical And Mental Qualifications
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
