Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and support assigned teams or departments with various tasks and projects, according to Indeed, including those closely related to their area of study.
- Participate in daily operations and learn about the company's workflows and procedures.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, and managing databases.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and other relevant events to gain insights and observe professional interactions.
- Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and actively participate in discussions.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes and according to project plans and schedules.
- Maintain professionalism, uphold company policies, and adhere to ethical standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to support team members and suppliers across the Watco network.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen closely and interpret business needs and risk; ability to create timely, accurate, and succinct written communications; ability to share information and ideas with others.
- Able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise content/records management systems, electronic records handling, imaging, and emerging technologies.
