Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement strategies to support business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Review and approve purchase orders and contracts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement new procurement technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or related field
• Proven ability to manage complex procurement processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in procurement or related fields preferred
• Experience with procurement software tools such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
