Procurement Director

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the procurement team to achieve excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish clear terms and conditions to protect the company's interests.

Compliance and Ethics

• Ensure procurement practices comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Implement and maintain a code of conduct for procurement staff and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of professional business or public administration experience, including four years in a supervisory or administrative capacity;
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration for each year of the required education;
• Must be able to obtain within the first two weeks of employment and maintain Certified Procurement Officer (CPO) Certification.
