About the role
Partner with US Business Units and commercial functions to develop procurement strategies. Lead sourcing and negotiation initiatives to maximize value and align with organizational goals. Collaborate with global procurement teams to optimize purchasing power and ensure local needs are met. Manage large-scale, cross-business projects to support market entry and product launches. Support digital transformation efforts by promoting AI-driven procurement tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of procurement experience
- Experience in indirect procurement, including marketing, sales, and technology categories
- Experience working within a major organization and alongside senior leadership
- Strong contract management skills and familiarity with procurement tools like Fairmarkit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
