About the role
The Procurement Coordinator, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing procurement processes within the enterprise resource planning system. This individual will be responsible for streamlining procurement workflows, ensuring compliance with ERP policies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement workflows within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ERP policies and procedures, including data integrity and security standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of ERP-related documentation and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding ERP procurement processes and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
