Procurement Category Management Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term category sourcing strategies to minimize risks
• Implement continuous improvement projects to track savings
• Manage and review supplier performance with improvement plans
• Initiate sustainable sourcing to reduce environmental impact
• Support product launches with innovative supplier partnerships
• Enhance processes through digital and automated solutions
• Oversee budget and price forecasting with cost modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 7+ years in procurement or category management
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams
• Strong category expertise in food, pharmaceutical, or health industries
• Proven strategic mindset and flexibility in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Excellent project management and analytical skills

Pay

• $117,341 – $153,349 annually
