Job Responsibilities

  • Track supply chain requirements
  • Conduct sourcing and competitive bidding processes
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze procurement options
  • Assist in making equipment supply recommendations
  • Utilize systems and tools required by Procurement activities, including but not limited to systems related to purchasing and contract management, third-party vendor management, and reporting

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Working knowledge of materials and inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, quality control, maintenance, and operations
  • Experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba
  • Ability to use independent judgment on procurement processes and strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance
