Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement, sourcing, supplier, and vendor agreements, including agreements for raw materials, components, finished goods, and related services.
- Partner with procurement, supply chain, operations, and business teams on strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations.
- Advise on supplier risk and contract issues, including pricing, warranties, indemnification, product quality, shortages, delivery obligations, and business continuity.
- Provide legal guidance on procurement policies, compliance requirements, disputes, and supplier performance issues throughout the contracting lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an attorney handling procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or commercial contracting matters.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier and procurement agreements, preferably involving raw materials, components, finished goods, or manufacturing.
- Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500–325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
