Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients directly on procurement matters and help mitigate legal issues related to global corporate product procurement.
• Provide legal support and expertise by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including technology and IT procurement contracts.
• Standardize terms and contractual language for IT, technology, and infrastructure platform licensing, software licensing, vendor, supplier, and other procurement-related agreements.
• Manage discussions with internal business stakeholders in purchase functions.
• Negotiate directly with opposing counsel regarding contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Active attorney bar license in good standing in a U.S. state or territory.
• 2+ years of corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team; experience supporting sales teams is a plus.
• Procurement support experience, including direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, and contractual dispute resolution.

Pay

The estimated total compensation for this full-time attorney role is $104,500–325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
