Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support purchasing activities to maintain efficient operations
- Execute a wide range of functions including vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, RFP coordination, and contract management
- Rotate responsibilities to ensure coverage and consistent foundational knowledge of procurement functions among all team members
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, vendor management, and sourcing practices
- General knowledge of internal purchasing policies and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with CODA and Microsoft Dynamics (D365) a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Work independently with limited supervision and interact professionally at all levels
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay process

Qualifications
- Minimum two years' purchasing or procurement experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree strongly preferred
- Experience with contract review, vendor compliance tracking, sourcing strategies, preferred
- Experience operating and navigating ERPs, CODA and Microsoft Dynamics (D365), a plus

- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
