  • Create and manage purchase orders and supplier corrective actions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and resolve supply nonconformities in partnership with Quality.
  • Issue purchase orders, track order status, and expedite deliveries to meet production schedules.
  • Foster relationships with local and regional suppliers in line with the Re:Build Way.
  • Analyze pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and planning records, item data, BOM accuracy, and pricing within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Lead supply and demand forecasting/planning for required materials using tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage inventory strategy for the wire harness line, balancing service levels against excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Align customer requirements, project timelines, material availability, and production priorities to drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide capacity visibility and communicate workload, constraints, schedule impacts, and delivery commitments across the organization.
  • Serve as the central operational point of contact for the wire harness line, supporting the flow from demand identification through production completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive operational supply chain experience (purchasing, planning, supplier management, inventory, etc.) in a production environment.
  • Proven results demonstrating impactful work, such as documented cost savings, working capital improvements, process improvement, or forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or a related analytical field (preferred).
