Procurement Analyst(Temp to Hire) - Urgent Need

Looking for strong experience in Procurement- position more transaction related.

High school min, however bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and experience (3 years operations related min, procurement preferred).

6 mo. contract initially. MS office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supply Data Management: Supplier set-up, Supplier master, Item master, Contract Master Management and Catalog management as required
• Requisition creation, approval and maintenance; Purchase Order approval, placement, distributions and maintenance; order release, inquiry support and reporting
• Supplier scheduling and site supply: Supply Requisition Review, Inbound tactical supply management, Communicate schedule changes, Confirm supplier delivery and Conduct escalation management associated with issues
• Receipt Processing: Materials delivery review, Receipt Process, Inquiry support, Receipt file, Service receipts, Inquiry support and Receipt retrieval
• Internal Compliance Management: Contract compliance, Demand Management compliance, Policies and procedure compliance and Internal audit support

Requirements

Open to reviewing candidates wiling to relocate, however they must be available sooner than later and understand there is no relocation assistance offered.
