This position involves processing purchase orders and vouchers in the statewide financial system, handling expenditure reporting, auditing, budget development, fiscal projections, revenue billing and analysis, leading special projects, assisting with DoTCR technology contracts and fiscal workload strategies, implementing initiatives for operational efficiency, and contributing to operating and capital budget reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and vouchers in the statewide financial system
- Handle expenditure reporting, auditing, budget development, and fiscal projections
- Perform revenue billing and analysis
- Lead special projects
- Assist with DoTCR technology contracts and fiscal workload strategies
- Implement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Contribute to operating and capital budget reporting
Requirements
- Accounting or financial analysis experience
- Knowledge of procurement and technology-related purchasing
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, Word, and web applications (preferred)
Qualifications
Principal Court Analyst
- One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or
- Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
Base Salary: $84,659
Senior Court Analyst
- One year in the Court Analyst title; or
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or
- Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
Base Salary: $76,112
Court Analyst
- One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or
- Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
Base Salary: $64,971
Schedule
This position has the potential to be eligible for one day of telecommuting per week.
