Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drafts and prepares technical procurement documentation.
• Executes routine audits of acquisition artifacts.
• Maintains analytical data logs for procurement metrics.
• Supports the preparation of acquisition audit reports.
• Follows established SOPs to ensure technical reviews are conducted with precision.
• Supports the technical validation of procurement deliverables across the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Drafts audit reports for theater sustainment nodes.
• Aids in the tracking of procurement compliance trends.
• Prepares data summaries for mission-partner acquisition reviews.
• Supports the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency procurement plans.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of position relevant experience.
• Proficiency in procurement management software and technical reporting.

Desired Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Experience in military logistics or procurement documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
