About the role
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and optimizing sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures
- Monitor contract compliance and manage contract renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
- Experience with procurement software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards
- Experience with procurement systems and tools
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
