Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain procurement process to support internal stakeholders and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements
• Execute sourcing in compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage GDIT’s market strength to maximize value from each procurement
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
• Complete sourcing checklists (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.)
• Ensure high internal customer satisfaction
• Support implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of procurement experience/education in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years in government contracts and strategic procurement
• Experience with terms and conditions/pricing negotiation
• Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company
• Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data
• Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $62,900 – $85,100. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Schedule

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
• Travel Required: Less than 10%
• Telecommuting Options: Hybrid Work
• Location: USA VA Falls Church; Additional Work Locations: USA VA Herndon
• Resource must be willing to meet hybrid schedule requiring employees to work from a GDIT Falls Church, VA or Herndon, VA office 3+ days per week
