Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient procurement solutions and support senior management in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Show excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Coupa.
• Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.
• Maintains vendor relations by resolving problems with orders.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
