Job Description

The role is responsible for driving supplier engagement and adoption across a global network, including planning and executing comprehensive communication outreach initiatives to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging to suppliers worldwide. This position will work closely with Transcepta to monitor onboarding progress, address barriers to adoption, and support continuous supplier engagement throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global supplier communication and outreach strategies to ensure consistent, clear, and effective engagement across all regions.
• Collaborate closely with Transcepta to support onboarding activities, resolve adoption challenges, and promote sustained supplier participation.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up to date project metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Provide timely, data-driven updates to leadership, including insights on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze trends, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend solutions that strengthen overall program effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, align priorities, and support program objectives within a dynamic, global environment.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and independence, operating effectively with limited oversight while delivering high-quality results.
• Support additional, related projects as needed to advance program goals and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate with limited oversight.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or Hana is a plus.
