Procurement Agent

About the role

Join Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM) as a Procurement Agent and play a critical role in ensuring our production teams have the materials they need, exactly when they need them. In this position, you'll work directly with suppliers, purchasing systems, and internal stakeholders to drive on-time material delivery, reduce inventory costs, and support production success.

You'll manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, track material shortages, and support key production schedules using KMM's MRP system. As a vital link between suppliers, customers, and manufacturing teams, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field or at least two years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
• Solution-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
