Job Description
Peak’s Field Processor is responsible for analyzing reports to identify discrepancies, processing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and process design.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently processes accounting data.
- Completes special projects as requested by the Controller and Operations Manager.
- Covers for and completes reports required daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
- Provides administrative support to Managers/Supervisors as needed.
- Enters data into spreadsheets or accounting systems.
- Scans documents and emails them to appropriate personnel.
- Fills out and copies documents.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of office experience.
- Exceptional phone and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of the oilfield industry is a plus.
- Team player.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
- Able to adapt to new environments.
