About the role

NVR, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our Fayetteville, NC Manufacturing Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse style manufacturing facilities. Our roles require a high focus on flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. All training is provided, no experience is necessary!

Responsibilities

• Printing, sorting and delivering production paperwork
• Creating and maintaining saw files
• Generating weekly reports
• Modifying paperwork for material transitions, schedule changes and change requests
• Ordering and wrapping architectural prints daily
• Problem solving and seeking process improvements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in computer programs for data entry or manipulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Ability to problem solve and identify process improvements
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Motivated and self-driven
• Strong communication skills

Schedule

• 1st Shift work hours are 5:30am - 2:00pm (M-F)

Pay

• Pay rate for this position starts at $25.45, and increases based on experience
