Duties and Responsibilities
- Exemplify Amcor Behaviors and Values.
- Work professionally with other processing technicians and maintenance personnel to maintain equipment.
- Resolve minor machine issues and record production data.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for machine and molding issues.
- Track downtime, quality performance, and machine efficiency.
- Train personnel to enhance technical capabilities and experience.
- Evaluate product quality from newly set-up machines.
- Respond to reported machine/mold issues.
- Start-up and shut-down molding machines as necessary.
- Perform material and color changes proficiently.
- Communicate changes and important information to the Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure system performance optimization and safety.
- Work with assembly line operators as needed.
- Follow and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand for long periods.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

- Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
- Technical understanding of injection-molding processes and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Good vision, including distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
