Join Reliant Processing as a Full-Time Processing - Technical Specialist - I&E (Instrument and Electrical) and immerse yourself in a dynamic and innovative environment. This onsite role offers the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while solving real-world electrical challenges across our diverse production facilities in California, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Mississippi, and Texas. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance safety protocols, and drive innovation in our plants.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of process instrumentation, control systems, and electrical operations within a designated region.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal performance of production facilities.
• Install cabling and conduit (ranging from 1/2" to 4") and terminate electrical wiring according to detailed drawings and schematics.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace various instruments, controls, and electrical devices, including motors, starters, VFDs, MCC buckets, transformers, switchgear, relays, switches, and electrical panels operating at voltages from 120V to 4160V.
• Perform motor to equipment alignments to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
• Technical degree or training preferred.
• Proficiency in installing cabling and conduit.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Experience with electrical systems operating at voltages from 120V to 4160V.
