Processing Team Member – Syrup, 3rd Shift

This warm and engaging team member will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, with a special focus on mixing and blending our syrup products. With a growing business, our manufacturing team members work in a team environment producing our flavorful products for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Assemble raw materials
• Dispense and weigh ingredients to a recipe
• Mix and blend syrup products
• Conduct inventory control
• Perform quality checks
• Maintain a consistent flow of syrup to production lines through proactive collaboration with scheduling and planning partners
• Proactively communicate timely information to ensure the manufacturing team runs efficiently
• Follow detailed and time-tested flavor recipes to uphold quality and consistency
• Maintain a safe work environment, aiming for zero safety incidents
• Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely

Requirements

• Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with food safety practices
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM. Eligible for $1.50 shift differential.

Pay

$24.70 per hour.
