Processing Support - Multiple Shifts

About the role

Average hourly pay is $25.19, with additional incentives based on performance. Shift differentials apply for swing and night shifts. 60-day raises and quarterly bonuses are offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for final blender input
• Accurately input raw material inventory transactions
• Open and dump 50# raw material ingredient bags into blending systems
• Perform manual equipment set-ups, tear-downs, and cleaning
• Unload bulk raw materials from rail cars and transfer into silos
• Visually weigh and examine equipment and product for quality control
• Operate forklifts and manual pallet jacks to move materials
• Complete and process documentation related to receiving, inventory, equipment cleaning, safety, and shift communication
• Follow safety, quality, GMP, and other company guidelines and SOPs
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior food processing and packaging machinery experience preferred
• Forklift experience helpful

• Safeguard product quality and follow GMP, housekeeping, and food safety guidelines

Schedule

• 8-hour swing shift working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 12-hour day shift working a rotating 12-hour shift scheduled three or four days per week from 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 12-hour night shift working a rotating 12-hour shift scheduled three or four days per week from 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Overtime as needed
