Processing Supervisor - Third Shift Dental

About the Role

The Processing Supervisor will supervise and lead an assigned area of the operations section of manufacturing, ensuring safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation.

Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 23:00 – 07:30

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in musculoskeletal allograft processing, or a minimum of one year of prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment & Physical Activities

• Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing, and is physically demanding.
• Some areas of manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification.
• Knowledge of processing anatomy, sterile techniques, and medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
• Technical and professional expertise; solving problems, analyzing issues, and innovation.
• Developing and coaching skills to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
