Processing Specialist

About the role

Seasonal position starting October 27 through December 22. The Processing Specialist will key insurance policies into provider systems, requiring strong attention to detail and computer skills to work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Key insurance policies into provider systems
• Work with underwriter coordinators and account managers to resolve policy issues promptly
• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
• Monitor projects to ensure quality standards are met
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and use time efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
• Ability to work well under pressure

Additional Information

Full-time positions are ideal; part-time may be considered for the right candidate. All work must be completed on-site in Springville, Utah.
