Processing & Packaging Technician - Nature's Grace, Springfield

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently package products with high attention to detail to meet daily packaging productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Weigh out finished products with extreme accuracy and consistency.
• Handle product preparation while ensuring labeling and packaging of products are compliant with regulations.
• On non-packaging days, assist in the labs and/or various other areas of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (ideal).
• High School Diploma or G.E.D (minimum requirement).
• Must be at least 21 years old (state law requirement for cultivation center employment).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and improve each operation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Good documentation practices.
• Must be willing and able to wear all required and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to complete and obtain an Agent ID as approved by the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services.
• Ability to pass a Federal background check.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds independently and 75+ pounds with assistance.
• Carrying product totes, pushing carts, and moving/adjusting process equipment.
• Ability to be fitted for and wear protective gear.
