Our experienced sales staff and nutritionists collaborate with producers to design feeding programs specific to their operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the mill, including surrounding grounds.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist in repair and maintenance projects with maintenance staff and contractors, and fulfill Project Manager requests.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation (batch records, machine logs, downtime reports).
- Assist in maximizing mill and crew efficiency.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment following proper training.
- Adhere to company safety practices and OSHA standards.
- Identify potential hazards when assembling/disassembling processing barn equipment, including densifiers and heat exchangers.
- Direct batches to correct surge tanks to ensure proper densifier routing.
- Send final product to the appropriate bay in the Finished Product Barn.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties, including toolroom organization, break room cleanliness, and maintaining a hazard-free Processing Barn.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by local management.
Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
- Experience with forklifts, skid steers, or front-end loaders preferred.
- Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat, or cold.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.
