Night Shift Laborer (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a Laborer to join our Operations team on our project in Omaha, NE. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters with any projects.
• Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.

Skills

• Construction experience.

• Physical strength to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to work in various conditions (e.g., uneven surfaces, heights).
• Able to perform tasks requiring reading, writing, seeing, and hearing.
